Our team works closely with each organization to ensure employees receive the most relevant training based on their industry, workplace environment, and job responsibilities.
Training programs range from 1.5 hours to 8 hours depending on the certification selected and whether the course is delivered in a blended learning or instructor-led format. From healthcare providers and childcare professionals to office staff and community organizations, we make the certification process simple and convenient.
Phase 1: Initial Consultation (Approximately 30 Minutes)
We begin with a conversation to learn about your organization, staff roles, and training goals. If you are unsure which certifications are best for your team, we will provide recommendations based on your industry and employee job duties. This consultation also provides an opportunity to answer any questions you may have.
Phase 2: Scheduling & Proposal
Once the appropriate training has been identified, we collect your preferred training date, time, location, and estimated participant count. We then prepare and send a customized quote along with a training agreement for your review.
Phase 3: Confirmation & Preparation
After the agreement is signed and payment is received, your training is officially scheduled. Our team will provide any necessary pre-course instructions and coordinate all training logistics to ensure a smooth experience.
Phase 4: Training & Certification
On the scheduled training date, our certified instructors conduct the course and guide participants through all required skills and assessments. Upon successful completion, participants receive their digital certification certificates within 24–48 hours.
